We will use Europe in flames 5.2 EDITED VERSION!!!
This means I will only change few lines in the code without making a new version of the mod so you'll have to DELETE the current mod file in Victoria 2 installation directory and replace it with new one.
However for those who already had EiF 5.2 just don't delete anything from My Documents' file and you won't have to load the game twice once you copy new version of the mod.

Here is the download link for the updated version of the mod.
Correct checksum is: IDMI

Previous version changelog can be found here

Latest changes:

1. Crisis won't fire unless it's over colonial land.
2. Liberating country no longer removes cores.
3. Colonial negotiations moved from Breech loaded rifles to Naval Statistics.
4. Removed event that caused the game to crash.
5. Gas defense is now unlocked through Infiltration.
6. Gas attack remained in Military Directionism.
7. Artillery cost decreased to 80 from 120.
