Two things that I would like to hear your opinion on:

1. Should Germany/Prussia be pushed to tier 3(coef. 8 instead of current 7)?
2. Should score gained by capitol ships be divided by 2 instead of 3(due to high upkeep cost).

Agree on both, but we should also talk about prestige and if its right to divide it by 3 for final score.

I am not so sure, prestige is way too easy to get/lose.

A nerf to Prussia is always welcome.

Yes, Capitol Ships are really hard to come by when you're weak. Only the strongest economies can manage to have a lot of them.

Hey it might be a little late to make a poll for this but do u think that losing a great war shouldn't disarm the losing countries? Most alliance blocks are static lategame and usually if one side loses a great war they can't rebuild their entire army before the truce is up. This can lead to snowballs where a country can just get destroyed without being able to defend itself if it loses just one war.

A lot of the time this results in the "static" alliances switching up a bit.

One example of this, is one game as USA where I completely demolished the UK player. I was able to make a treaty with them from a very strong negotiating position to essentially make them my "puppet" and help me control the world (they were contained, I had scotland/ireland).

I think there should be a possibility to add wargoal "great war capitulation" or "great war cut down to size" so its not mandatory anymore for the every country on loosing side.
