-Militarism: Changed to 2% recruitable population, and +50 Army Experience.

-Political Correctness: Changed to -80% foreign subversive activities efficiency, +5% national unity, and +50 political power.

-Indoctrination: Changed to +2% Recruitable population, and +50 political power.

-Political Commissars: Changed to +5 Army organization, and +100 political power.

-Foreign Expeditions: Added +100 political power.

-Added a new focus in Liberty tree Liberated Sciences: -5% Research Time, 1x 50% electronics tech cost reduction, 1x 50% industrial tech cost reduction.

-Why We Fight: Added +2% Recruitable population.


In total this means:

Fascism Tree gets
+4% Recruitable population
+50 Army experience
-10% training time
-10% partisan effect
Can Send Volunteers Rule Set (on Militarism).


Communism Tree gets
+2% Recruitable population
+5 Army organization
+5% National unity
+200 Political power
-80% Foreign subversive activities efficiency


Liberty Tree gets
+250 Political power
+2% Recruitable population
+10% National unity
-75% Divisions required for volunteers
-5% Research time
1x 50% electronics tech cost reduction
1x 50% industrial tech cost reduction
Can Send Volunteers Rule Set (on Interventionism)




French Focus tree changes (Allies side of Government Reform):

-Disjointed government removed at Strengthen Government now.

-Defensive Stratagems now gives a national spirit which gives +15% fort construction speed, +25% anti-air construction speed, +10% division defense, -10% enemy air support. (This reduces damage taken from the air)

Canada buffed way too hard here imo.

Also facism tree looks shitty in comparison. I'd make it 5% recruitable pop.

It is updated, but there weren't any actual changes to Canada's resources in my mod; I got the list from Otto. I used his changes for most of the resources.

Id like to point out Canada produced ~35% of aluminium and a good chunk of steel and oil so the resource changes are to bring it closer to reality.

With the new Canadian focus tree I've reverted most of my Canadian resource changes.

Also I think we should run my full MP Mod, I can link a Changelog of it if requested.

I'd like to run it too, but it's ultimately up to the group. I know a few people didn't want to run a mod that's much larger than the one I have.
